Returning Items Bought from Trackside Model Railroading
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Shipping fees to us are not refunded unless the item is damaged and your returning for an exchange for the same title.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
Downloaded purchases, including but not limited to downloadable PDFs, online movie rentals, and digital download subscriptions. Subscriptions to our online-only digital magazine with no downloads are refundable within 15 days of signup. However, if you are having compatibility or quality issues with any of the above content, please contact us for assistance if we cannot resolve it you will be eligible for a return. Please note, we may require remote access to your device to determine the issue.
